I joined CIDDRG in August 2023 as a research assistant on the Alzheimer’s Disease Biomarker Consortium-Down Syndrome (ABC-DS) after finishing my MSc in Brain & Mind Sciences at UCL.

My current project is coordinating the ADDORE Core (Alzheimer’s Disease-Down Syndrome Outreach, Recruitment & Education Activities) of ABC-DS. ABC-DS is an international project investigating the high risk of Alzheimer’s disease experienced by people with Down’s syndrome. It seeks to identify cognitive and biological markers and track the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. My focus is on rapidly disseminating educational information to our Down’s syndrome communities, and increasing recruitment of individuals with Down’s syndrome from diverse populations. Previously, I was involved with studies on neuromuscular disorders and psychosis.
