Biography

Benjamin Illingworth is a PhD student at the Department of Psychiatry. He studied Medicine (MBBS) and Medical Sciences with Neuroscience (BSc) at University College London. He completed his medical foundation training and core psychiatry training in the East of England and is currently undertaking higher training in psychiatry. He has interests in questions in cognitive neuroscience and regarding novel therapeutics for psychiatric conditions. The focus of his PhD is on the feasibility and efficacy of mobile (smartphone) cognitive assessments in patients with psychosis.
