Biography

I am a PhD student supervised by Professor John Suckling. My research focuses on neurodevelopmental trajectories of psychiatric co-occuring conditions in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) using MRI and data from large, multi-center, multi-disciplinary observational studies. Psychiatric co-occuring conditions such as ADHD, depression or anxiety are highly prevalent in ASD and contribute greatly to the morbidity and burden associated with the condition Her investigation aims to further understanding of the causes behind this increased prevalence of psychiatric co-occuring conditions.Prior to my PhD, I obtained a BS from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as a Psychobiology major and Neuroscience minor MSc in Neuroscience from the University College London (UCL).
